Shamir Dawood
Shamir has over a decade of investment management experience following a pivot from a career in the Arts. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and a candidate on the Executive Master of Accounting programme at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
Amy Hamilton-Wason
With over 15 years of experience, Amy specialises in business strategy and supply chain transformation. She holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and has built a career helping organisations strengthen and scale their supply chains. In 2026, she joined Helium Capital to shape the strategic direction and further its philanthropic vision.
